The involvement of each individual within an organization, whether it is an industrial environment at Epoxy Division, Aditya Birla Chemicals (Thailand), or any organization, it is a rule of thumb to respect each individual and build a collective knowledge base from the experience of each individual. The objectives of Kaizen Suggestion System (KSS), an offspring of the TPM and WCM initiatives, are to motivate employees to have more participation according to participative management, to development employees' innovations continuously, to communicate information from employees to management, to increase worker pride when participated for developing organization, and to improve working system and working area in better condition. The benefits that the Epoxy Division has experienced in the years of organizational development through the introduction of KSS for corporate communications include, not limited to, improved worker pride and employee morale, improved working environment and conditions, work efficiency, higher quality of work, overall cost reductions, and safety at the workplace.
